The famous Belgian heavy metal festival Graspop Metal Meeting is held annually in Dessel, near Antwerp. Started as a family rock festival in 1986, nowadays it has five stages for the performing bands, and it has its own Metal Town, located 1 km from the festival site.

In the 2024 edition of the festival, we will see performers such as Alice Cooper, Abbath, Bruce Dickinson, Igorrr, Max & Iggor Cavalera, Tarja, Avantasia, Blind Guardian, Doro, Scorpions, Rotting Christ, Brothers of Metal, Pain, Hammerfall, Bring Me The Horizon, Bury Tomorrow, Kamelot, Megadeth, and many more. Judas Priest will present their new album, “Invincible Shield.” Glenn Hughes will perform classic Deep Purple on stage.
