The Rock Opera “Nostradamus” of the Bulgarian composer and rock musician Nikolo Kotzev will be released on DVD. It is a live show, performed in Sofia, Bulgaria, with nearly 120 people on stage, recorded in 2017, and the release date is July 19, 2024. The main performers are Alexander Atanasov, Zvezdi Keremidchiev, Mehmet Kaya, Thomas Vikström, Björn Lodin, Amalia Nenova, Nora Karaivanova, and Ben Cross. The performance includes the orchestra, choir and ballet of the State Opera Ruse, conducted by Nayden Todorov. Also, the original Double CD will be re-released. There will be an exclusive release – a 2 hours+ documentary DVD, called “The Making Of Nostradamus”.

Nikolo Kotzev is Bulgarian musician and composer, who has played with many famous musicians including Glenn Hughes, Joe Lynn Turner, John Levén, Jörn Lande and others. In 2001 he wrote the Rock Opera “Nostradamus”, and the main characters were performed by Joe Lynn Turner, Alannah Myles, Glenn Hughes, Sass Jordan, Jörn Lande, Doogie White, and Göran Edman. In 2006 he began a new rock opera – “Draconia”. In 2007-2009 he created the traditional opera “Joel”, which had a great success in Finland in 2009.
