The frontman of the Swiss black industrial metal band Samael, Vorphalack (real name: Michael Locher) gave an interview for El Planeta Del Rock, and he spoke about the recording of Samael’s new album. He said that the band is working with Waldemar Sorychta, who had produced most of the band’s albums. Most of the songs were written before the COVID, and during COVID they had to be changed. Vorph said that most of the lyrics were written, and some of them had to be rewritten, especially if the name of the song was changed. He said that as a reflection of the life we’re living in, the lyrics had no big changes.

Samael will play at Cosmic Void Festival in London and at Bosphorus Open Air Metal Fest in Istanbul in September.
