The legendary vocalist of the German heavy metal band Rage, Peavy Wagner, gives an unique sight upon his life with the biographical book „Soundchaser – Heavy Metal for Life. My Life with Rage”. It will be out on December 6, 2024. Together with the pop culture journalist Timon Menge, Peavy Wagner describes the story of his life and his music in over 400 pages. The book celebrates 40 years of Rage and 60 years of Peter “Peavy” Wagner, 100 years of crazy stories. “Soundchaser” tells the readers how one man from Ruhr, Germany went to the stages of worldwide famous festivals and world tours, to pursue his dream to become a famous musician. Peavy speaks about accidents with buses, how he met Lemmy Kilmister, about the Bundesvision Song Contest, and performances with whole orchestras. In the “Bonemaker” chapter, he speaks about his study and work with bones and skeletons.
