Godsmack- On A European Tour 2025

The American band Godsmack announced a new European tour for 2025. Godsmack billing it as a “world tour”, so more dates will probably come soon. The band will present its new album “Lighting Up The Sky”. It was released in February 2023 via BMG. The tour will start on March 22 in Sofia, Bulgaria and will end on April 12, in Oberhausen, Germany. Godsmack will be supported from two other famous bands – P. O. D. and Drowning Pool. The tickets are on sale on http://www.godsmack.com.

Earlier Sully Erna gave an interview for Meltdown of Detroit’s WRIF radio station, and he said that the new “Lighting Up The Sky” album will be probably the last Godsmack’s studio album. Erna said that the band is not working on new album because nobody is buying full albums nowadays. The fans are grabbing some singles from the albums that took sometimes year and half to be composed and recorded. He said that it is pointless to invest time and work for recording full album just to see how the fans are grabbing some singles and that’s all.

Meanwhile, on October 30 at Morrison Hotel Gallery in New York was opened a Godsmack exhibition featuring the stunning work of the famous photographers Paris Visone and Francesca Ludikar. The exhibition can be seen to November 4.

Paris Visone is a photographer based in Boston. She has traveled the world to photograph many famous musicians such as New Kids On The Block, Toto, Marilyn Manson, Limp Bizkit, Godsmack.

Based in Toronto, Francesca Ludikar has photographed many bands such as Godsmack, Rise Against The Machine, The Offspring and many more.
