The third day of Rickstadt Extreme Fest again has proved that the organizers have found the best set for all the crowd’s musical tastes. To the melodic sound and the female vocals of Fittonia and Thy Catafalque were added the heavy guitar riffs and the roaring sound of Harakiri for the Sky, and the Greek gods Septicflesh. The Romanian doom metal band Doomnezeu had a fantastic performance and costumes. Me And That Man, the side project of Behemoth’s frontman Nergal, created a wonderful blues and rock and ’roll show. The mighty fantasy Viking dwarfs from Wind Rose have shaken the fans with their mighty power metal sound. After them, Alestorm have sunk the crowds with their wild pirate party madness. All the fans were singing, and there were many maniacs that were surfing above people’s heads.

Next, the black metal tribute to Bathory threw everybody into a dark atmosphere. The project has gathered many musicians in a memory of Quorton, the creator, composer, and main performer of Bathory. Next the mighty sound of Kerry King, which smashes everything in its way, was followed by the metal techno party of Electric Callboy. Primordial and Hellbutcher have finished the metal day, covering it with darkness.
