The Italian metal music festival MetalItalia will be held on September 27th and 28th in Milano, Italy. The festival started in 2012 in collaboration with Eagle Booking Live Promotion, with headliners Lordi and Moonspell, and ever since then world-famous bands have been playing. It was held at the Live Music Club of Trezzo Sull’Adda (Milan), one of the technically best halls for live concerts in Europe. In the next years the festival enlarged its audience and started its 2-day edition. It collaborated with the media/booking partner Vertigo. In 2020 and 2021, due to the coronavirus pandemic, the festival was cancelled.

This year MetalItalia will start with a warm-up party on September 26th with the bands MASTER BOOT RECORD, BENTHOS, AVELION, and GHOSTHEART NEBULA. On the two festival days, the following bands will play: DARK TRANQUILLITY, SOEN, KANONENFIEBER, EQUILIBRIUM, MESSA, PERSEFONE, IOTUNN and BEDSORE on September 27th, and STRATOVARIUS, RHAPSODY OF FIRE (“Dawn of Victory” 25th Anniversary Show), TWILIGHT FORCE, VISION DIVINE, ELVENKING, ANCIENT BARDS, MOONLIGHT HAZE and SKELETOON on September 28th. There will be a big metal market, a tattoo corner, an after-party, a meet and greet, and many more attractions.
