The wonderful concert “Live On Broadway” on October 11th, 2025, was held in Varna, Bulgaria. Rafi Bohosyan with the Ruse State Opera performed hits from the musicals “Hair”, “The Phantom of the Opera”, “Lion King”, “All That Jazz”, “Westside Story”, “The Beauty And The Beast”, “Mamma Mia”, and famous songs by Elton John, Abba, Queen and others. The performance was fantastic, and the audience was delighted.

Rafi Bohosyan is a Bulgarian pop singer, musician, music producer, and composer. The Ruse State Opera оrchestra and chorus were conducted by Viliana Valcheva, a conductor that was born in Varna, Bulgaria, and had graduated in Switzerland. She had worked with Austrian, German, and Bulgarian orchestras. The public in Varna remembers well the success of the Ruse State Opera with the rock band Kikimora and the composer Nikolo Kotzev this summer, and later with the musical “Zorro” with music by Gypsy Kings and John Carpenter.
