The famous Bulgarian festival for rock and metal music, Hills Of Rock, in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, will be held on July 24th, 25th, and 26th. For the first time this year the organizers from Fest Team have announced Before Hills – a day before the actual festival there will be one more rock evening. On July 23rd Plovdiv will be shaken by the Swedish legends Sabaton, the long-awaited cult band Savatage, Epica from the Netherlands, and the famous Bulgarian rock band Sevi.

Sabaton released their new album “Legends”. They had a concert at Hills Of Rock four years ago, and the Bulgarian audience remembers their emotional songs, especially “The Valley Of Death”, inspired by the story of the Bulgarian army in the Battle of Dojran.

Savatage is a world-famous American progressive metal band that will perform for the first time in Bulgaria. Savatage are important for their impact on progressive metal in the world. Their symphonic shows with Trans-Siberian Orchestra and complex virtuoso compositions are remarkable, and after the band separated in 2001, most of the musicians went to Trans-Siberian Orchestra. They didn’t release any new music for about twenty years and had no concerts. Now the Bulgarian fans will have the possibility to see the legends.

Epica is an incredible combination of power metal, opera, symphonic music, thrash, folk, progressive, gothic, and death metal. Their music and the epic vocals of Simone Simons are known to the Bulgarian audience from Midalidare Rock 2023.

Sevi is the Bulgarian band on BE4 HILLS. The band had many concerts in Bulgarian cities, a tour in Europe, and many club gigs.

BE4 HILLS is a separate event on the day before Hills Of Rock, on July 23rd. It is with a separate ticket.

The seventh edition of Hills Of Rock 2026 will take place the very next day and is on July 24, 25, and 26 with a remarkable program featuring Godsmack, Lamb Of God, Electric Callboy, Black Label Society, Vended, Paradise Lost, Nothing More, Nevermore, Of Mice & Men, Deafheaven, and Karen Dio, and tickets are already on sale on the Ticket Station network.
