The Belgian festival for rock and heavy metal music Graspop Metal Meeting has announced the first bands’ names for 2026. Graspop will strike with metal madness from June 18 to June 21 in Dessel. The headliners for Thursday will be Limp Bizkit, Megadeth, and Within Temptation. Tickets for GMM 2026 go on sale at 10 a.m. on Saturday, November 8, via Ticketmaster. Within Temptation is a leading Dutch band, and the next year it will celebrate its 30th anniversary.
Megadeth is one of the big four of thrash metal, and Dave Mustaine and the others announced the last band’s tour and the release of their 17th and final album on January 3.

The headliners for Friday, June 19, are Volbeat, Twisted Sister, and Breaking Benjamin.
Volbeat are “Danish Dynamite” with their hard rock and metal sound. Earlier this year they released their ninth full-length album, “God of Angels Trust”.
Twisted Sister will be on their 50th anniversary tour the next year.

The headliners for Saturday, June 20 are Bring Me the Horizon, Bad Omens, Architects and Baby Metal.
Bring Me the Horizon will show again on GMM their blend of metalcore, alternative rock, and electronic influences that placed them to the forefront of the heavy music scene. They will present a stunning visual show in Dessel.
Bad Omens are one of the most talk about bands on today’s metal scene.
Architects are one of the leading lights of the UK’s metalcore scene.
In 2024 Baby Metal brought their unprecedented mix of J-pop and metal – also known as Kawaii metal – to the Dessel plains. In 2026 they again will take your breath away.

The headliners for Sunday, June 21, are Sabaton, Electric Callboy, Def Leppard, and Alice Cooper.
Sabaton will be for ninth time on GMM. The Swedish metallers are famous for their historical hymns. Earlier this year they launched their eleventh studio album “Legends”.
Def Leppard’s instantly recognizable recipe of hard rock, catchy hooks, and vocal harmonies has helped them shift over 100 million albums, inspiring countless other bands along the way.
The German Electric Callboy will make the metal party of the year.
The shock rock legend Alice Cooper will present the album “The Revenge of Alice Cooper”, released earlier this year. For over half a century, Alice Cooper has been synonymous with theatrical live shows featuring electric chairs, guillotines, fake blood, boa constrictors, and a ton of hits like “School’s Out”, “Poison”, “Billion Dollar Babies”, and “No More Mr. Nice Guy”.
