German thrash metal titans Kreator released their new album “Krushers of the World” on January 16, 2026 via Nuclear Blast Records. The 16th album of the band is one masterpiece. The thrash legends show once more that they are on the top in this genre. The album is better than “Hate Über Alles” (2022). The screams and roars of Mille Petrozza and the melodic and perfectly technical guitar lines of Mille Petrozza and Sami Yli-Sirniö are backed by the powerful drums of the original Kreator drummer, Ventor. Kreator offer an ageless and endless energy and aggression that captivates the listener from the first listen to the album. Producer is the talanted Jens Bogren, an acclaimed producer of metal albums – Rotting Christ, Behemoth, Paradise Lost, Amorphis, Arch Enemy and many others.
The first song starts with an instrumental and a speed rush into furious rhythm and hellish drums. “Seven Serpents” talks about “snakes in a human form” with the wild screams of Mille Petrozza. Next there are the hymns “Satanic Anarchy” and the title song “Krushers of the World”. In “Tränenpalast” is involved the vocalist of Hiraes, Britta Görtz. The song is a tribute to the witchy horror movie “Suspiria” (1977) by Dario Argento and the Goblin’s music. “Barbarian” is another speed thrash song. “Blood Of Our Blood” is a hymn with a very technical speed guitar solo. “Combatants” has very melodic guitar riffs. “Psychotic Imperator” has a dark chorus. “Deathscream” has social lyrics and really death screams by Mille, and “Loyal To The Grave” is the epic final of the album. The melodies of the last song are a reference to “Alexander the Great” by Iron Maiden. The text speaks of the listener’s union with Кreator.
