Ozzy Osbourne’s Statue Will Be Uveiled At Hellfest Open Air 2026

A massive statue of Ozzy Osbourne will be unveiled at Hellfest Open Air. The festival is held annually in Clisson, France, and it is one of the biggest festivals for metal music in France and Europe. Ozzy’s widow and a longtime producer, Sharon Osbourne, has shared a photo of the six-meter-tall statue. It will be placed near the Hellfest entrance this year. Earlier, Sharon Osbourne had said to the press that Ozzfest will return the next year. She said that the festival will start with two days at Villa Park, the home ground of the Aston Villa Football Club, in Birmingham, United Kingdom, and next it will continue with two shows in America. Ozzfest was last held in 2018.

The late Ozzy Osbourne was honored with a posthumous Lifetime Achievement award and an all-star tribute performance at the 2026 BRIT Awards on Saturday night, February 28, in Manchester, England. Dolly Parton appeared virtually to honor him.

Ozzy Osbourne passed away on 22 July 2025. Before his death, he had a part in the “Back to the Beginning” concert on July 5, 2025, in Villa Park, Birmingham, England. Many world-famous stars took a part in the show. Ozzy performed nine songs, both from Black Sabbath and from his solo career. The world was left without its Prince of Darkness.
