Gus G., the Greek virtuoso guitarist, leader of Firewind and ex-Ozzy Osbourne guitarist, will release a solo album on April 24th, via Metal Department Records. “Steel Burner” is the track that gives a title and a mood to the album. The instrumentals reveal Gus’s evolution as a guitarist. Some of the songs have powerfull vocals – the German metal queen Doro Pesch sings in the song “Nothing Can Break Me”, a powerful metal hymn. “No One Has To Know” is with the vocals of Dino Jelusick (Whitesnake, Trans-Siberian Orchestra), Matt Barlow (Iced Earth, Ashes Of Ares) sings in “Dancing With The Death”, and there are two songs with the vocals of Ronnie Romero (Rainbow, MSG and others). Gus G. and Ronnie Romero were together on a world tour, and we heard the previous year their song “My Premonition”. “Steel Burner” is the fifth solo album of Gus G.. It was mixed and mastered by the producer Dennis Ward (Helloween, Pink Cream 69).
