The ex-Nightwish singer Tarja will have a new album, “Frisson Noir”. “At Sea” is the first released song from it. “Frisson Noir” will be the heaviest album in Tarja’s career. It will be out June 12th via EarMUSIC. It is a powerful return after a seven-year pause.

The album is created around the idea that the sound stops being only sound and starts being an emotion and a physical sensation. The word “frisson” describes the moment when the sound of music sends a shiver through the body.

The new song brings tender piano and violin lines, orchestral sound, and the beautiful vocal lines of Tarja, which change with raw heavy metal guitar lines and screaming violins. It is an epic 10-minute composition.
