The concert of Dire Straits Legacy in the Palace of Culture And Sport, Varna, was one of the last band’s concerts in Bulgaria.

Alan Clark (keyboards), Phil Palmer (guitars), Mel Collins (saxophone), Danny Cummings (percussion and vocals), Marco Caviglia (guitars and vocals), Steve Walters (bass), Primiano Di Biase (keyboards), and Cristiano Micalizzi (drums) revived the music of the original Dire Straits.

Dire Straits Legacy is a project of the keyboardist Alan Clark, who joined Dire Straits in 1980 and plays in each song after that. He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a significant Dire Straits member. Marco Gaviglia is the current frontman of the band who has the hard task of emulating the guitar style of Mark Knopfler.

Three generations were in the hall. The fans were very happy to sing their favorite tracks with the band. “Sultans of Swing”, “Brothers in Arms”, “Money for Nothing”, and many other songs were included in the two-hour setlist.
