Only one week left until the sixth edition of Midalidare Rock In The Wine Valley 2026. The team is preparing the festival area, the camping grounds, and the parking to welcome the thousand fans from Bulgaria and the neighboring countries. The festival days are July 10th, 11th and 12th in Mogilovo Village near Chirpan and Stara Zagora. The headliners this year are Bad Religion, Powerwolf and Helloween.

What are the special requirements of the bands during their participation at the festival?

The American punk legends Bad Religion insist on trying real Bulgarian yogurt. Their only requirement is that the menu be without mushrooms due to an allergy of one of the band members.

The German headliner Helloween wants more fruits and will celebrate with pizza, sushi and red wine after the show.

Visions of Atlantis want to immerse themselves in the traditional Bulgarian cuisine and insist on using only Bulgarian. They will try sushi after their concert.

The Swedish band Eclipse wants 90 bottles of Midalidare Rock Lager. The Germans Gloryhammer want photos of cats and dogs in their dressing rooms, but real photos, not generated with A.I. They wrote: “AI animals make us sad.”. In addition they want non-alcoholic beer.

The Finnish Korpiklaani want a large amount of ice and the rockers Hardcore Superstar want at least 30 AA batteries.

The organizers of the festival said: “We are glad that this year there is nothing to surprise us in the requirements of the bands. Or we are already used to it with the previous five editions”.

Tickets are on sale in the Eventim network throughout the country, as well as at OMV, the National Palace of Culture Ticket Center, Technopolis and Bulgarian Post Offices.
