The current Nightwish vocalist Floor Jansen will release a second solo album, “Hytress”. It will be out on January 15th, 2027. She has announced a new video single, “Bring Me Silence”, from it on August 21st. Floor Jansen will go on the “Hytress” tour in 2027. She will perform in Europe and South America.

Floor Jansen is a very successful female metal vocalist. She started a career with the band After Forever in 1997 when she was only sixteen years old, and after they separated in 2009, she founded the band ReVamp. In 2012 she became a member of Nightwish. She recorded three albums with them: Endless Forms Most Beautiful (2015), Human. :II: Nature. (2020) and Yesterwynde (2024). She released her first solo album “Paragon” in 2023. She had a tour and she performed the opening act at Metallica’s concert in Amsterdam, 2023. The Bulgarian fans saw her at Midalidare Rock Fest 2025 in Mogilovo Village, Bulgaria. She was invited to a state banquet at the Royal Palace in Amsterdam on December 11th, 2025. The banquet was hosted by King Willem-Alexander and Queen Máxima of the Netherlands in honor of the president of Finland, Alexander Stubb. On July 2nd, 2026, Floor Jansen performed with the Marine Band of the Royal Netherlands Navy as a guest vocalist a symphonic rendition of Metallica’s iconic ballad “Nothing Else Matters” and other songs. The concert was at Sail Harlingen’s opening performance at the Vluchthaven of Harlingen, Netherlands.
