The electronic duo will take the stage at the Rowing Canal in Plovdiv on July 17th!

PHILLGOOD has announced the second headliner for its second edition: The Chemical Brothers. The British duo—renowned for transforming their concerts into some of the most impactful audiovisual shows in the world—is returning to Bulgaria to headline the second night of the festival, July 17th, 2027, at the Rowing Canal in Plovdiv. This means that over the course of a single weekend, from July 16th to 18th, both Robbie Williams and these undisputed pioneers of electronic music will grace the same stage. The announcement of the third headliner is coming up and other major names from the global music scene are still to come.

Tickets for PHILLGOOD are available in various categories via the Ticket Station network: three-day passes starting at €199, and single-day tickets for the first night starting at €99. As of today, single-day tickets for the second night are also on sale, starting at €99.

We saw this with our first edition, and now—with both Robbie Williams and The Chemical Brothers on the same stage over one weekend—we are demonstrating just how far we can go together with an audience that placed their trust in us even before we announced our first act. Formed by Ed Simons and Tom Rowlands in Manchester in the early 90s, they propelled the big beat genre out of the clubs and into the heart of pop culture. As their hits stormed the charts and their live shows sparked unprecedented euphoria, The Chemical Brothers built an entire world around their music—a psychedelic rabbit hole of stunning visuals and a sound with the power to make the audience levitate. Their catalog has resonated across generations of music fans, featuring tracks like “Hey Boy Hey Girl,” “Block Rockin’ Beats,” “Galvanize,” “Wide Open,” and “Got to Keep On.” Over the course of nearly 35 years, the duo has garnered numerous Grammy and BRIT Awards, sold over 21 million physical records worldwide—including six UK number-one albums—and amassed billions of streams. Their track “Go” was featured in the Netflix film “Apex”; more than a decade after its initial release, it re-emerged as a fresh international hit, leading to the compilation “Go”: “Apex and Beyond”, which gathers their most popular songs. Their latest studio album, “For That Beautiful Feeling”, drew critical acclaim, with reviews describing them as “electronic titans, as future-focused as ever” and noting that “after nearly 30 years, there is still no one quite like them.”

At PHILLGOOD, The Chemical Brothers will bring their full-scale show to the shores of the Rowing Base (Grebna Baza)—featuring their most iconic tracks and the signature visual world for which they are renowned globally.
