American rap-metal pioneers will take the stage in Plovdiv on July 18th, joining Robbie Williams and The Chemical Brothers as the festival’s trio of headliners.
PHILLGOOD has announced its third headliner for next year’s edition: Limp Bizkit. As one of the most recognizable bands in the nu-metal genre—pioneers in blending heavy guitars with hip-hop, funk, and electronic elements—they will close the festival on July 18th, 2027, at the Rowing Canal in Plovdiv. Over the course of three days, from July 16th to 18th, PHILLGOOD 2027 will bring together three world-renowned acts with distinct sounds—as diverse as the festival itself: Robbie Williams, The Chemical Brothers, and Limp Bizkit.

Formed in 1994 in Jacksonville, Florida, Limp Bizkit rank among the most successful nu-metal acts of the 90s, and their influence on rock music remains strong to this day. Their signature sound is built upon the rap vocals and stage energy of Fred Durst, the experimental guitar work of Wes Borland, the drumming of John Otto, and the scratching and sampling of DJ Lethal. The Bulgarian audience still remembers their first visit to Sofia in 2009, and over the years, they have consistently been cited as one of the most sought-after acts for a concert in the country. Limp Bizkit’s breakthrough onto the global stage came with the album “Significant Other” (1999), which debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 and achieved seven-times platinum certification in the US. It features some of their most beloved songs, such as “Nookie” and “Break Stuff”—the latter of which has now joined the exclusive club of tracks with over 1 billion streams on Spotify! A year later, “Chocolate Starfish and the Hot Dog Flavored Water” also topped the Billboard 200, selling over one million copies in the US in its first week alone. The band’s hits include fan favorites like “Re-Arranged,” “Rollin’ (Air Raid Vehicle),” “My Way,” and “My Generation,” as well as their cover of The Who’s “Behind Blue Eyes”—which reached the top three on the charts in Austria, Denmark, Germany, and Norway—and “Take a Look Around” from the Mission: Impossible 2 soundtrack. With over 40 million records sold worldwide and three Grammy nominations, Limp Bizkit remain one of the most sought-after festival headliners today. In 2026 alone, the band headlined Download in the UK, as well as Aftershock and Louder Than Life in the US. They will also be performing in Bulgaria at the second edition of PHILLGOOD next summer. The festival kicks off on July 16th with Robbie Williams—who, in January 2026, surpassed The Beatles to become the artist with the most number-one albums in the history of the British charts, totaling 16. On July 17th, The Chemical Brothers—the British duo of Tom Rowlands and Ed Simons—will arrive, bringing with them six Grammy Awards and one of the most expansive audio-visual shows in electronic music. Tickets for PHILLGOOD 2027 are available through the Ticket Station network; three-day passes start at €199, while single-day tickets are priced from €99.

PHILLGOOD is a space where music brings together different generations and genres. It is three days during which summer finds its frequency at 432 Hz—a vibration where everything sounds purer, brighter, and more vivid—and Plovdiv once again becomes the epicenter of musical euphoria.

PHILLGOOD is a contender in the public vote for the European Festival Awards, through which the European festival industry honors its best events. You can show your support until November 20th at europeanfestivalawards.org.

PHILLGOOD is organized by Fest Team Ltd. as part of the “Legacy 2023” program of the Plovdiv 2019 Foundation, with the support of the Municipality of Plovdiv. Stay tuned for updates on upcoming artist announcements at phillgood.ink, festteam.bg, and on the festival’s Facebook page.
