Tarja Turunen and Marko Hietala are on their tour “Living The Dream Together” since the previous year. Their concert in Varna city, Bulgaria on 02.04.2025 was incredible. Their fans were delighted to hear their favorite songs. Тhe event took place with the assistance of MKL Vision Ltd., a well-known organizer of performances of world-famous artists such as Nigel Kennedy, Lord Of The Dance, and others.

The opening was performed by the Czech band Symphonity. They are a symphonic metal band with remarkable melodies and virtuosic guitar solos. They were founded in 1994 by the guitarist Libor Krivak and drummer Tomas Suchacek under the name Otter. They changed the name to Nemesis in 2003 and recorded their first album, “Goddess of Revenge” with the vocalist Vilem Majtner. In the next year the band changed members, and in 2005 the name was changed to Symphonity. The same year the band opened a concert for Nightwish in Zilina. The new debut album “Voices From The Silence” is recorded with new members – Olaf Hayer (lead vocals), Libor Křivák (guitars), Ivo Hofmann (keyboards), Tomáš Čelechovský (bass), and Martin Škaroupka (drums). After the death of Tomáš Čelechovský in 2012 the band has many new members changes. The third album, “Marco Polo” (2022), was recorded with Josef “Pepa” Cigánek (drums), Libor Křivák (guitars), Tomáš Sklenář (bass), Mayo Petranin (vocals), Konstantin Naumenko (lead vocals), and Johannes Frykholm (keyboards).

Thе Finnish star Marko Hietala and his band performed songs from his last solo albums “Roses from the Deep”, which was released on February 7, 2025, via Nuclear Blast Records, “Pyre of the Black Heart” (2020), and “Mustan sydämen rovio” (2019). His ex-Nightwish colleague Tarja Turunen joined the duet “Left on Mars”. Here is the setlist:

The Finnish metal goddess soprano Tarja Turunen and her band performed songs from her albums and several duets with Marko Hietala. Tarja was one of the creators of the Finnish symphonic metal band Nightwish in 1996. She was dismissed in 2005 and started her solo career. The atmosphere of her performance was fantastic.
