The Romanian Rockstadt Extreme Fest is the best Eastern rock and metal music festival. This year it will be held for the last time in Rasnov, in the field near Rasnov Tower. Since its creation in 2013, the festival has started to enlarge its audience because of the many world-famous bands that are playing and the professional organization. The perfect sound, the technical solutions, the security measures, and the comfort for the performers and the visitors, have led to a record number of tickets sold. In 2025 the festival will reach the limit of the territory on the biathlon field in Rasnov. The place is too small for the number of visitors and the stages that are needed for the musical experience. There is a new place for 2026, which will be announced soon. There will be more space for camping grounds, more options for hotels and other accommodation, and more space and comfort for the stages and the crowds.

At the present location, in the beginning of June 2026, there will be a little brother of the nowadays Rockstadt Extreme Fest, which will be held in the current area of the Andrei Calmuc stage. The organizers desire is for this year’s edition to be LEGENDARY. With the participation of Sepultura, who will be on their farewell tour, Machine Head, the special Blood, Fire, Death show, dedicated to Bathory, Electric Callboy, Lord Of The Lost, Me And That Man, Myrkyr, Powerwolf, Wardruna, Apocalyptica, Mastodon, Kerry King, Whitin Temptation and many others, this dream will become a reality.
