The British heavy metal band Iron Maiden will be inducted into the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame this year. Amongst the artists set to be honored in the class of Performers 2026 are Billy Idol, Phil Collins, Sade, Joy Division/New Order, Oasis, Luther Vandross, and Wu-Tang Clan.
“Induction into the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame is music’s highest honor,” said John Sykes, chairman of the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame.
The ceremony will take place on November 14th at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles.
The Maiden musicians that will be inducted are singer Bruce Dickinson, bassist Steve Harris, drummer Nicko McBrain, guitarists Adrian Smith, Dave Murray and Janick Gers, the former guitarist Dennis Stratton, former singers Paul Di’Anno and Blaze Bayley, and former drummer Clive Burr.
In November Iron Maiden will be on tour in Australia. They are on the “Run For Your Lives” world tour, celebrating their 50-year anniversary.
