The Bulgarian ethno-metal band Khanь had a concert at Varna Live Club on June 12, 2026. Khanъ has presented their new album “Bitka” (“Битка”, “Battle”), released on May 24th, 2026. The album was recorded with the band’s members Alexander Mladenov “Leafy” (vocals), Zdravko Peev (tamboura/saz/oud), Kamen Popov (bagpipe, kaval, dvoyanka), Dimitar Proynov (guitar), Anton Ivanov (bass), Alexander Nikolaev (drums), and Ivaila Todorova (guest vocals).

The concert has started with the performance of Varna’s band “Mental”. Their mixture of styles has captivated the crowd and has prepared it for the appearance of Khanь.

Khanъ made a fantastic show. The audience was exalted and made a mosh pit, crowd-surfed, and danced a Bulgarian horo in the crowded, narrow hall of the club. The band performed songs from their last album “Bitka” (“Битка”, “Battle”) and others. They were on stage with one of their ex-drummers Michaela Naydenova, who now is a member of the international band Nervosa. The concert in Varna was a part of the band’s national tour. “Bitka” “Bitka” (“Битка”, “Battle”) is the second Khanъ’s album after “Znamenie” (“Знамение”, “Sign”, 2016).
