The co-founder of Helloween and founder of Gamma Ray, German power metal composer, vocalist and guitarist Kai Hanses has now released a new video single from his new album “Born With A Hammer”. It is his first solo album after “Kai Hansen & Friends’ XXX – Three Decades In Metal”, and it will be out on September 18th, 2026. The new album is produced by Eike Freese. Freese is playing on a guitar in this project. The lineup features also Alexander Dietz (Heaven Shall Burn) on guitar, Dan Wilding (Carcass) on drums, and Tim Hansen (Induction) on guitar. The album will be released via earMUSIC.

The new song is full of energy and melodies, and it is the first touch to the new album.

Kai Hansen and his band Helloween will be one of the stars at Midalidare Rock In The Wine Valley 2026 in Mogilovo Village near Chirpan and Stara Zagora, Bulgaria.
