PHILLGOOD Festival In Plovdiv On July 17th, 18th and 19th – Only 25 Days Left


Only 25 days left to the start of PHILLGOOD Festival in Plovdiv. The new musical adventure is organized by Fest Team, a well-known organizer of concerts and festivals, which places Bulgaria among the leading festival hotspots in Europe. The Rowing Base will become the brightest stage in the Balkans for three days. The new festival will invite artists that fans have been dreaming of for years! The festival program will be on three stages: The main stage PHILLGOOD, and the two other stages PHILLCOOL for alternative music and PHILLRAVE fo electronic music. The program includes world-famous stars and beloved Bulgarian bands.

On the main stage PHILLGOOD will perform the already announced The Cure, Gorillaz, Moby, Wolf Alice, Kneecap, Just Mustard, Sleaford Mods, Perturbator, Suede, Einstürzende Neubauten, Thievery Corporation, Apashe & Brass Orchestra, Kadebostany, Hayes & Y, The Subways, Los Bitchos, and Son Lux.

The PHILCOOL stage will present modern, cult and genre-free artists with a clear authorial presence. On July 17, the second stage, immediately after the concert of The Cure, will host the legendary Bulgarian band “Class”, who are celebrating 40 years on the Bulgarian scene, and their fans are eagerly waiting to see them active in contemporary concert life. Bulgarian Cartrader, the project with an international sound and a fine combination of indie and electronic influences, is part of the program for the same day. On July 18, PHILCOOL will welcome Bile & Gena and Jin Monic. On July 19, the last day of the festival, PHILCOOL will host Bulgarians Lunikk and Hug or Handshake.

The PHILLRAVE stage is the newest and will be dedicated to electronic music with character. PHILLRAVE brings together internationally recognized artists from the most interesting and active currents on the club scene today. On July 17, Acid Arab, Daniel Avery, Erol Alkan and Ison set the initial rhythm with deep, techno and contemporary electronic influences. On July 18, the stage switches to the new wave with Sofia Kourtesis, HAAi, KiNK and Raredub, artists known for their dynamic, precise sets and strong connection with the audience. The finale on July 19 is entrusted to Kelly Lee Owens, Swimming Paul, Pretty Girl and Liubo Ursiny, who will close PHILLRAVE with hypnotizing and danceable electronic energy.

With this, PHILLGOOD confirms its ambition to become a festival of different worlds, tastes and audiences that coexist in one common experience, and with its latest wave of artists, it includes global visionaries and beloved Bulgarian talents. The diversity is no longer just in the artists – over 25% of tickets were purchased by audiences outside Bulgaria, mainly from Europe, but also from places like Iceland, China, Mexico, Brazil and Kazakhstan, which definitely puts Plovdiv on the map of global festival routes this summer.
