Midalidare Rock just announced the first headliner for 2027. It is the Irish-American Celtic punk band Dropkick Murphys. They will play on July 10th. The festival will take place on July 9th, July 10th and July 11th, 2027 in the Wine Valley. The tickets will go on sale the next Thursday, July 16th at 10:00 a.m. in eventim.bg network.

Dropkick Murphys proudly define themselves as Boston’s rock ‘n’ roll outsiders turned to champions. Their illustrious discography includes four consecutive Billboard Top 10 debuts (“Turn Up That Dial”, “11 Short Stories Of Pain & Glory”, “Signed and Sealed in Blood”, “Going Out In Style”), as well as the gold-certified 2005 album “The Warrior’s Code”, which featured the classic “I’m Shipping Up To Boston”, which went double platinum and gained worldwide recognition in Martin Scorsese’s four-time Academy Award-winning film “Departed”.
