Tonight, Bulgaria awaits the Gorillaz concert.

As expected, PHILLGOOD started off spectacularly. The three-day festival and the newest in the Fest Team portfolio began with a unique lineup that attracted nearly 18 thousand visitors on the first day. From 6 p.m. until the early hours, the three stages of PHILLGOOD offered a rich variety of styles and artists.

For over two hours, the legendary British rock band The Cure filled the main stage with thousands of fans and performed some of their best and favorite songs, with their setlist including 26 songs. Immediately after them, KLAS made their big and long-awaited return to the stage with an inspiring show by PHILLCOOL.

With their live show, KLAS celebrated 40 years on stage and 13 – since their last concert, and the mood in the audience was magical – with a mix of young and old fans who sang in unison with the band.The program of the first festival day started with a special fan meeting with KLAS, which lasted for hours. Boyko Petkov, Momchil Kolev and Ivan Gradinarov welcomed their fans, who lined up to meet their favorites, answered questions, took pictures with them and signed records and T-shirts, which loyal fans rushed to buy.

In addition to the headliners The Cure, the main stage offered unique performances by the Irish band Just Mustard, the British The Subways and Wolf Alice with the lovely Ellie Rowsell, who well charged the audience for the climax of the evening. Meanwhile, the other two stages – PHILLCOOL and PHILLRAVE, also offered a rich selection of performers and music.

The PHILLCOOL stage – the place uniting modern, cult and genre-free artists, was opened by ALI. The Bulgarian alternative group gathered the most loyal fans and music lovers and performed an exceptional set. Immediately after them came Bulgarian Cartrader and the electronic artist from Paris Perturbator. The PHILLRAVE stage brought together fans of electronic music with the performances of Ison, Erol Alkan, Acid Arab and Daniel Avery.

The second day is coming and the whole city is pounding to the rhythm of the festival, expecting the Gorillaz concert. Awaited by everyone and loved for their curious concert performances, the animated Gorillaz will make their debut in our country tonight on the main stage. Before them will be Los Bitchos, Sleaford Mods and Kneecap.
The PHILLCOOL stage again offers an interesting selection of artists, including Jin Monic, Bile and Gena, Hayes & Y and Apashe & Brass Orchestra. And on PHILLRAVE will be Raredub, Kink, HAAI and Sofia Kourtesis.
