The Swedish melodic death metal band At The Gates has published on April 24th, 2026, their last album with Thomas “Tompa” Lindberg via Century Music Records. The vocalist died from a rare form of aggressive cancer in September 2025. The new album “The Ghost Of A Future Death” becomes a tribute to him. In this eighth album of the band, Linberg has recorded all the vocals the day before the operation. He was one of the most ferocious voices in the death metal genre and one of the most powerful figures, who reached the hearts of many people, both metal fans and others. The video is created by Costin Chioreanu from “Twilight 13 Media”. He drew with ink all the material and filmed it.
