Alissa White-Gluz has released a second single “Flying Monkey” from the first album of her band Blue Medusa. The first single “Checkmate” is very successful. The video with a fantasy magical vision with horror elements is directed by Vicente Cordero and Alissa White-Gluz. The single artwork is digital painted by Alissa White-Gluz. The compelling song combines thrash vocals with melodic and operatic vocals. The lyrics and the vocal parts are written by Alissa White-Gluz. The intrumental part is written by Dani Sophia. Alyssa Day, who wrote the instrumental for “Checkmate” has a remarkable guitar solo in “Flying Monkey”.
