For the first time in Sofia, we will hear the supergroup from Germany, Avantasia. Its founder, composer and main vocalist Tobias Sammet will bring world-famous guest-musicians. We will see Ronnie Atkins, a co-founder, composer and vocalist of Pretty Maids, Kamelot’s vocalist Tommy Kaverik, Magnum’s vocalist Bob Catley, H.E.A.T.’s vocalist Kenny Leckremo, Herbie Langshan from Firewind, Voodoo Circle, and Seveth Avenue, Chiara Tricarico from Sound Storm, Ravenword and Moonlight Haze, Sascha Paeth, who is a producer, sound engineer, guitarist and bassist, famous for his work with Edguy, Shaman, Angra, Rhapsody Of Fire, Kamelot, Epica and After Forever, the German keyboardist Michael Rodenberg, and the drummer Felix Bohnke from Edguy.

We saw Avantasia in Bulgaria in 2019. The grand spectacle was a part of Varna Rock 2019. Then the band performed songs from their album “Moonglow”.

Avantasia will perform in Sofia a two-hour set with songs that span their career and tracks from their last album “Here Be Dragons”.

The Bulgarian band Velian will open the concert. Velian released their third album “Embers“, on March 13, 2026.

The concert will be on June 10th at 20:00 at Asics Arena, Sofia.
